| The WBCC provides complementary business counseling services and specialty advising in specific areas of expertise to those that qualify. Consulting services are also available for a fee, and peer mentoring is also available via specific sessions. |

| Counseling: | General business counseling on starting, growing, increasing profits, business planning, preparing for financing, and more - WBCC staff and board members

| Specialty Advising: | Advising on specific topics such as tax planning, legal structures, marketing, and more - WBCC staff, board members, and volunteer specialty advisors

| Consulting: | Business plans, marketing studies, preparing for financing. Fees are customized on a case-by-case basis subsequent to an initial, complementary meeting and needs assessment.

| Peer Mentoring: | Our mini mixers & roundtable discussions as well as our business brainstorming meetings are great ways to get feedback from your peers. See the Mixers & Expos link and the Small Group Sessions link for additional information. |

| Qualifications for complementary counseling and specialty advising |

| Training Program Participants: | All training program participants, such as those enrolled in First Step FastTrac® receive ongoing counseling and specialty advising during and after the program. No additional fees apply. |

| Group Session Participants: | Follow-up counseling is part of WBCC small group sessions (seminars, workshops, etc.) Counseling and specialty advising are limited to topics discussed in session. No additional fees apply. |

| WBCC Community Members: | Those that participate in a minimum of 3 WBCC events: mixers, expos, sessions (seminars, workshops) in a 12 month period are considered WBCC Community Members. Members receive counseling plus specialty advising as needed. No additional fees apply. |
