TO: Michelle Butler
Women’s Business Center of California

Dear Michelle,

I just wanted to take the opportunity to again thank you for your time and dedication to the recently completed First Step Fast Trac business plan program. The class was great at taking each step of business planning from promotion, to ownership, to location, to expenses and dissecting them into pieces one could easily review. I was able to grasp a much better understanding of the intricacies involved with each portion and definitely covered issues I was not aware of despite owning a couple of businesses and working in management for companies as well.

Upon completion of the class, I had a complete business plan. I felt confident in my history of experience, my marketing strategy, my objective for projections, the feasibility studies, and my projected P&L. All of this and I didn’t have to get a degree to accomplish this. I already have a couple of institutions interested in financing to help make my dream come true. I am certain that my success will be fully dependent on proper planning and with the First Step Fast Trac you offered, I am confident it will succeed.

Sincerely appreciative,
Pam Jeanes
