ABOUT THE WBCC - ADVISORY BOARD

An important part of the organization, the role of the Advisory Board is to:
    * Lead and serve on volunteer committees and provide support to staff
    * Provide feedback to the Board of Directors on behalf of the community
    * Provide oversight of WBCC policies increasing transparency and accountability

The Advisory Board Chair is a non-voting member of the Board of Directors and attends all Board of Directors meetings and all Advisory meetings in order to enhance communication between the Advisory Board and the Board of Directors.  Advisory meetings are also an avenue for other entities to provide input.  As such, unofficial members include community liaisons.
