How often have you heard that to achieve success as an entrepreneur all you have to do is follow your passion?  While passion is absolutely necessary, there are far more passionate unsuccessful entrepreneurs than passionate successful entrepreneurs.  Why? Because passion is not enough, the other half of the equation is planning!

Passion vs. Planning

Passion:  As an entrepreneur, you must have passion, you must love what you do, and you should not consider it "work."  If that is not you, stop here.  If that is you, then keep going, because there is much more to do before starting a business.

Planning:  Many people come to organizations such as the WBCC for help when in crisis mode.  Our goal is to help you avoid crisis mode in the first place.  In reality, there is little anyone can do to help once that occurs, and while a new business is sure to hit tough times, with the proper planning tough times becoming a true crisis can be avoided.
