A primary function of the WBCC is to provide San Diego small business with the general support necessary to ensure sustainability, longevity, and profitability, irregardless of the specific industry of the business. 

Clients may take any of our seminar offerings at any time, come for counseling when needed, or choose to enter into one of our carefully designed programs and earn a WBCC Certificate of Completion. 

Each Certification of Completion Program is unique and has different requirements of participation, costs, schedules, locations, and goals.  Potential participants should read each program carefully and consult with the WBCC regarding applicability to individual needs.  Some programs may require an application process.
